How long will it take?

All my products are hand-made or personalised, just for you, but I try my very best to make sure that all orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days.

I send my parcels via Royal Mail which can take:
UK MAINLAND: 2-3 working days from dispatch
NON-MAINLAND UK: 2-5 working days from dispatch
EUROPE: 3-5 working days from dispatch
WORLD ZONE 1: 5-10 working days from dispatch
WORLD ZONE 2: 5-12 working days from dispatch
*WORLD ZONE 3: Please note that currently I do not ship to the USA

International Orders: Duties & Taxes

For customers ordering from outside the UK, please note that your delivery may incur import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in my prices and are the responsibility of you, the buyer.

Since I have no control over international customs fees, I cannot provide an exact estimate for these costs. So I’d recommend checking with your local customs office before you place your order.
