I want you to love your order. However, as my personalised products are made to order specifically for you, I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. I do hope you understand this.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check all names and spelling. I create your gift using the exact details you provide, so I cannot be held responsible for mistakes made during the ordering process.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake in the personalisation, that differs from your order instructions, please let me know as soon as possible.

How to report a problem: Please Email Me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the fault or damage.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, I will happily offer a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

As I often begin working on your personalised gift shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only possible if I have not yet started making your order. So, please contact me immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.
